Nothing is more important than the fit of equipment. The amount of wear and tear on coaches can be mitigated with properly fitted coaching equipment.

The GJWB 'FAST HANDS' sticks were created as always with fashion and function in mind. We offer an array of colours, a matte black, and a block colour series made out of polyurethane material. 

Our equipment features:

+We have made the hand shape smaller to fit woman's hands, but many male coaches love them too.

+2 layer padding creating a lighter fit and ability to direct the power of punches not absorb them.

+There is a comfortable wrist strap for secure hand placement and for coaching safety. 

+ Double enforced stability for a firmer hit on the glove. It's not a noodle.

For beginners we do not recommend holding hand pads. Our paddles or sticks are much more manageable and safer for beginners. They are also safer for use during covid times as they allow you to stand further away from your students.

ONE SIZE FITS ALL - We do not recommend anyone over 200lbs to hit these sticks.
