Now that you know how to technically execute a variety of punches you will learn how to move quickly while doing so.
Our drills will help women and girls increase speed and movement during each round and in the ring. It is only with faster hands and feet that you will get that thunderous cracking sound on the hand pads and heavy bag that every boxer and coach wants to hear!
